Compassionate mindfulness

Reduce stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout.

Increase joy, awareness and your sense of agency in your own life.

Mindfulness isn’t about not feeling, or not thinking. It’s about becoming aware of what we’re feeling, what we’re thinking, and whatever else is going on for us in the moment that we are in.

Compassion is about responding to that awareness with kindness, for others and for ourselves. And that compassion might be gentle, but sometimes it might be fierce.

One-to-one programmes

You can work with me on a one-to-one basis. We will design together a bespoke compassionate mindfulness programme to meet your unique needs. This will take into consideration your particular goals and challenges, how you most like to practice (e.g. sitting still or moving, short practices or long practices), and what you need to be able to fit mindfulness and compassion into your daily life.

Sessions are delivered remotely online. Standard sessions are 50 minutes and cost £70, but we can discuss other formats depending on your needs. There is a minimum number of 3 sessions, as it takes time for you to develop mindfulness and compassion skills, and start to embed them into your life.
